Operating models
Our software can run entirely on your premises in your own infrastructure, with your cloud provider or in an infrastructure provided by us.
With our partner IONOS, we offer a fully managed version that runs in a secure infrastructure and completely relieves you of maintenance and operating expenses.
If you decide to run the solution in your own infrastructure, we offer maintenance and support packages that ensure our solution is always up to date. We can optionally deploy the software on an industrial PC, a virtual machine or in your existing Kubernetes cluster.
Licenses and prices
Our license fees are based on the type of deployment, the scope of modules, and the size of the installation. In the case of an on-premise installation, you can purchase our software as a one-time license or as part of a maintenance and support package.
We offer attractive introductory offers to demonstrate the added value of our solution on an initial plant. After that, you can decide to roll out the solution to additional plants.
We offer additional configuration and enhancement work on a project basis at a standard daily rate.
By the way: All our licenses include an unlimited number of users - because we want as many employees as possible to benefit from our solution.
Customizing and white label support
Our software can be easily adapted to your CorporateIdentity. All colors and logos are configurable and adaptable to your existing applications.
If you would like to offer our IIoT application platform to your own customers, it is also possible to customize for individual customers.
User and rights management
Our software contains a complete rights and role management. All views can be enabled for groups or individual users. In addition, even individual resources (e.g. a Data Explorer view) can be made accessible to individual users.
User and rights management can be conveniently controlled via a web-based admin interface. A connection to e-mail servers for "forgotten password" functions and self-registration is also included.
If required, it is also possible to use your existing identity management system for a central sigle sign-on.
